tips for good sleep

Sleeping in a deep sleep is the best way to get quality time to rest. Many ways you can do to be able to sleep soundly. Drinking milk before bed is one way that we often hear to get a good night's sleep. If you are bored with the mainstream way, you can try a few different ways, as shown below. Here are some ways to get good night's sleep, as reported Thirdage (12/10):
1. Didgeridoo Playing the didgeridoo is a traditional musical instrument from Australia. The shape is almost like a flute, but it was bigger and longer. Research in Switzerland showed that playing a wind instrument is able to cure insomnia. Not only that, this instrument also makes you sleepy during the day. This instrument strengthens the upper respiratory tract and dilate the airways. Often insomnia and apnea is caused by airway narrowing.
2. Yep count down, do not just count sheep. Counting backwards can also help you to quickly asleep. However, do not start from the tens digit. Start of thousands or hundreds. Researchers say how this will work because you are doing a monotonous activity and calms the mind.
3. Singing Researchers found that singing and a message capable of disrupting signals to the brain. This signal causes the brain often busy and kept us awake. Usually someone will fall asleep after singing one or two songs. Pick your favorite song, sing softly if afraid to disturb other people.
4. Bending the toes bend your toes and hold for a count to seven can make a person feel calm. Attach the legs to each other and bend your fingers = toes to warm. Do this several times, and feel when your body and mind began to calm down.
5. Writing is usually a person is awake because something is bothering him. Always provide stationery and paper near the bed. When things start bothering you, write it down immediately. Then forget about it and go to sleep.
